Product Description

The deployable two wing mechanical water jet is mainly used for drilling construction in coal mines. After adjusting the water pressure to the opening pressure, the blades on both sides of the water jet are unfolded and combined with the rotation of the drill pipe to make cavity, in order to achieve the purpose of gas drainage and coal seam pressure relief. The water jet consists of a female joint, a water jet outer shell, a blade wing, a pin shaft, a water jet middle axle, a rear liner bushing, a front liner bushing, a spring, a male joint, a sealing ring, and other components. Each component is made of high-quality materials and precision machined. The main components have undergone heat treatment and are with high hardness, and long service life. The water jet sealing part is made of wear-resistant materials, which have good sealing performance and strong fatigue resistance.
