Applicable Scope

The top cutting drill rigs for mining is a tracked equipment designed for the construction of goaf retaining tunnel operations, side and top anchor rod support construction, geological exploration holes, gas drainage holes, water injection holes, pressure relief holes, and other engineering holes in the mining surface. There are two types of drill rigs: single arm and double arm. The double arm drill rig adopts front and back parallel operation in structure, and realizes the mechanized construction of each working hole in the tunnel through front, back, left, and right adjustments.

1.Walking with crawler, with good passability and narrow fuselage configuration, with a minimum width of 700mm;

2.Compact structure, flexible action and simple operation, two drill arms can rotate, operate and construct independently, and can adapt to drilling requirements of various complex situations;

3.The lateral moving mechanism drives the main engine part, so that the construction holes are all located in the same straight line, and the roof is cut along the presplitting top cutting line, and the quality of roadway formation is good;

4.The main engine is equipped with a large torque motor, which can improve the drilling efficiency;

5.The main engine is equipped with drill pipe clamping mechanism and top supporting device, which can facilitate the loading and unloading of drill pipes and the guidance of drill pipes, reduce the labor intensity of workers, have good hole-forming quality and are easy to be loaded into blasting shaped charge pipes;

6. The hydraulic system adopts variable control, which is stable and reliable.
