Applicable Scope
The KJS-10QZ-type pneumatic wet orifice dust reduction device for mining is an intelligent dust elimination and gas treatment integrated device designed for the production of a large amount of dust during wind driven slag discharge during underground drilling operations in coal mines.
Product Features
1. Equipped with a negative pressure generator and dust collector, using mine wind pressure to drive the formation of a negative pressure area inside the dust collector, so that the dust and gas generated during the drilling process are sucked into the dust collector, preventing the accumulation of dust and gas in the drilling space, protecting the physical and mental health of workers, and improving work efficiency;
2. When drilling causes gas to precipitate in the coal seam, the generated gas can be sucked into the gas drainage pipeline under negative pressure, so as to control the gas content in the area;
3. Equipped with onboard gas sensors and power outage devices, when a large amount of gas is generated underground in the coal mine and reaches the first safety upper limit, the gas sensor will alarm and send a signal to instantly cut off the power of the drilling rig; When the gas concentration reaches the second safety upper limit, the sensor sends out a signal again to control the electric ball valve to allow high-pressure water or compressed air to enter the safety airbag. The safety airbag bulges, holds the drill pipe tightly, and closes the borehole. At this time, the gas in the borehole can enter the dust collector through the pipeline, and finally enter the underground gas pipeline to prevent gas outburst from causing personal injury.
